You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the paksot platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence is automatically revoked upon any breach of these Terms & Conditions or account closure for any reason.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. paksot is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, delayed data feeds on live markets, or technical errors in game software, provided that paksot takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues in a timely manner.
paksot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, paksot will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of paksot.net following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
